Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our team and the chef leading the class. You will learn about some of the most important ingredients used in Peruvian cooking and discover the history behind the dishes you will prepare during the experience.
11:30 a.m. | Pisco Sour Workshop
The experience continues with the preparation of Peru’s most famous cocktail, the Pisco Sour. You will learn about the origins of pisco, the ingredients required to make the cocktail, and the techniques used to achieve the perfect balance of flavor, aroma, and texture. You will then prepare your own Pisco Sour under the guidance of the instructor.
12:00 p.m. | Peruvian Cooking Class
It is time to put on your apron and start cooking. Guided step by step by a professional chef, you will prepare one of Peru’s most iconic dishes: ceviche. You will learn how to select the right ingredients, prepare the famous leche de tigre, and achieve the balance of flavors that defines this world-famous dish. Depending on the selected program, the class may also include the preparation of additional traditional Peruvian recipes.
1:00 p.m. | Tasting Session
