This information is considered sensitive and is treated with the utmost discretion, used exclusively to ensure your physical safety during the tour.
2. Purpose and Use of Data
Your information is used strictly for operational and administrative purposes: the purchase of admission tickets to Machu Picchu and other protected areas, the booking of transportation and lodging services, and the logistical coordination of meals and safety with our field guides. We also use your contact information to send you booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and to respond to any technical questions you may have before your arrival in Cusco.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We only share your personal data with entities necessary for the provision of the contracted service, such as the Ministry of Culture, railway companies, and selected hotels. We do not sell, rent, or market your personal information to marketing agencies or other organizations not involved in the logistics of your trip.
